Christmas
Twinkling stars fall to the ground covering every tree and house
Warm smells of fresh baked cookies and burning fires fill the air
Penetrated by the smells of fresh pine and cool frost
Green wreaths hang door to door as people set up mistletoes
Children craw to bed full of hopes and dreams for morning
Outside snowflakes dance to the wind with the skaters on ice in a winter ballet
One by one light’s go out and the snow continues to fall as sleigh bells ring in the air

Life
Life trickles by, yet we do not know it,
Second by second we slowly die
Each minute lost can never regained
Our heart beats keeping track of our time
We constantly brush with death
But we do not notice its chilling grip
For we are basking in the warmth of life
But death is not something to fear
It is something to be greet as an old friend
For it is constantly watching us
Death is what makes
Life so important to us
That we forget the importance of Death

Halloween
Bright yellow moon hangs in the sky, clouds veil the moon light
Empty trees sway with the wind, rattling like old bones in the grave yard
Wolves howl, bats fly, witches crackle, vampires’ chuckles
Tonight is the night when spirits play and ghost haunt the land.
Halloween you better stay home tonight
The dark defeats the light for one night as they wreak havoc and fright
Witches brew potions, Vampires suck blood, Werewolves prowl the woods
Tonight is the night when skeletons dance and zombies awake from the dead.
Halloween you better stay home tonight

Dreams in a Wind
Who can see a dream soar?
I wonder as I stare at the blank moon.
Why does the black wind moan?
As time blows by, year after year.
I wonder, will love stop being true?
When the red knife sprays the pure blood of a diamond?
I wonder, are we truly alive?
Or are we trapped in a wonderful, strange, nightmare?
Who can see a dream soar?
I wonder as I stare at the blank moon
